Thanks Brad for setting me up with some magic fishing whilst being able to enjoy a second honeymoon with my wife. I’ve been to many destinations in my life and heard many a travel agent embellish on a proposed holiday but I have to hand it to you, Matemo and Mejumbe Islands are real tropical Islands… Luxury in paradise!
The staff at Rani I found to be professional and extremely friendly, two traits rarely encountered at once. The cuisine was absolutely exquisite and the design of the resort giving you complete seclusion, very impressive.
I managed to get 9 different species on fly from the shore including a black tip reef shark, have you ever heard of that before? Offshore we hooked into Dorado, Wahoo and Giant Kingfish and tons of Cuta. By far the best fishing experience I’ve personally had.
